Local and KM0 product: a cuisine with roots and conscience

At La Rectoria de Palou we cook with our heart, but also with our head. We firmly believe in a gastronomy that respects the territory, the rhythm of nature and the people who work the land. That is why our cuisine is based on local and seasonal produce , on fresh, real food that speaks of the place where we are.

We have our own garden , which we take care of with love, and from where many of the vegetables and herbs we serve in our dishes come. Sun-ripened tomatoes , fresh herbs , crunchy lettuces and other vegetables come directly from the garden to the kitchen, without intermediaries or extra kilometers.

In addition, we collaborate with local producers from Vallès Oriental and Maresme , who share our philosophy of respect for the product and the environment. On our menu you can find:

  • Ganxet beans , authentic and traditional, grown in the Vallès Oriental.

  • Strawberries from Sant Cebrià de Vilalta , sweet and seasonal.

  • Lettuce from Maresme , known for its quality and freshness.

  • And many other ingredients that change according to the season and that give life to honest and tasty cuisine.

Opting for the KM0 product is not only a gastronomic decision, but also a commitment to responsible consumption , to reduce environmental impact and to boost the local economy . Each dish that comes out of our kitchen is a small tribute to our environment.
